Fascin is an actin-bundling protein that has been linked to tumor cell migration, invasion, metastasis, disease progression and mortality, thus serving as a novel cancer biomarker. In this paper, we develop and validate an LC-MS/MS method for the quantification of fascin proteins in human serum.

Interleukin17A (IL-17A) is disulfide-linked homo dimeric cytokine of 155 amino acids and a member of an IL-17 family of related cytokines. There is now compelling evidence that patients affected by autoimmune diseases have a higher incidence of several cardiovascular diseases. In this study, we validate a method to quantify IL-17A in human serum using the ultrasensitive Quanterix Simoa™ platform.

In this study, we evaluate the method to identify and quantify leachables using an enhanced HPLC-UV method.
