Quantification of cyclic ADP-ribose, a molecular messenger and potential biomarker, in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells by LC-MS/MS
poster
Accurately measuring cyclic ADP-ribose (cADPR), a potential biomarker involved in calcium signaling and immune regulation, has long been challenging due to its low abundance and instability. In this ISSX 2026 poster, Frontage scientists present a sensitive LC-MS/MS method for quantifying cADPR in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), achieving a lower limit of quantification of 0.1 ng/mL and supporting research into immune cell signaling and immunometabolism.
