Plasma pTau217 is a promising blood-based biomarker for the early detection of Alzheimer’s disease, capable of predicting onset years before clinical symptoms appear. In this poster, we present a side-by-side comparison of 8 leading immunoassay platforms—each featuring distinct detector antibodies, buffers, and calibrators—to evaluate their performance in clinical research and diagnostic applications.
