Researchers are studying a new investigational nasal spray version of semaglutide.
Frontage Clinical Services prioritizes the safety and well-being of our study participants, our employees, and visitors to our clinic. As such, we have incorporated additional policies and procedures, as recommended by the CDC.
Participate in a Phase I Clinical Trial
- Compensation is $4,225 for your time and travel.
Eligibility Criteria
To participate, :- You must be a Healthy Adult
- You must be 18 to 65 years old
- You must have a BMI between 27 to 38kg/m2
- You must have had stable weight (no major weight change) over the last 3 months
- You can smoke more than 5 but no more than 10 cigarettes per day and be willing to refrain from smoking for the entire duration of the study.
Study Requirements:
- Healthy adult ages 18–65 with overweight or obesity may qualify. One screening visit, 4-night clinic stay plus 9 outpatient visits. Compensation $4,225.

About our Clinical Research Facility
The Frontage Clinical Research Center in New Jersey is a modern, comfortable facility located within 20 miles of New York City in Secaucus, NJ. It is easily accessible by car, train or bus. There are 160 beds that are arranged in different areas of the facility, which can be further divided for additional privacy. The frontage staff is highly qualified, experienced and friendly and treats all volunteers with respect and compassion.
