Participate in a Phase I Clinical Trial

HPN-01 is an investigational medication being studied as a potential treatment for liver disease associated with fat buildup and inflammation. This study is being conducted to learn more about the safety of the drug and how it moves through and leaves the body after a single dose.

Eligibility Criteria

To participate, you must:

Be a Healthy Adult
Be 18 to 55 years old
Have a BMI between 18.0 to 32.0 kg/m²
Be a Non-Smokers, Non-Vapers and not used other Tabacco Products in the last 6 months
Have a Good Venous Access

Study Requirements:

One screening Visit
3 overnight stays (Day -1 through Day 3)
5 outpatient visits on Days 6, 11, 31, 61, and 91,
One follow-up phone call on Day 92
Compensation up to: $3,400

About our Clinical Research Facility

The Frontage Clinical Research Center in New Jersey is a modern, comfortable facility located within 20 miles of New York City in Secaucus, NJ. It is easily accessible by car, train or bus. There are 160 beds that are arranged in different areas of the facility, which can be further divided for additional privacy. The frontage staff is highly qualified, experienced and friendly and treats all volunteers with respect and compassion.
