Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

  •  Leads the recruiting process by recruiting top talent using various methods such as job boards, social media, data mining, industry events & organizations, employee referrals and local universities
  • Continuously and proactively build a solid pipeline of applicants for all positions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and/or design a tailored recruiting approach based on region or job and to identify and implement the most effective recruiting channels
  • Track and report on recruiting results to identify process and performance improvement opportunities
  • Manages relationships with headhunters and other external recruitment agencies, web-based job sites, and colleges/universities
  • Oversees the company’s internship program by developing partnerships with local colleges and universities
  • Other duties as assigned


  •  Bachelor’s degree required with 3-5 years’ recruiting experience and experience managing the full-life recruitment cycle
  • Proven success delivering recruiting results individually in a fast-paced and high growth environment
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting scientific and technical positions
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • Ability to network externally and internally to source candidates
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality results / deliverables
  • In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to attend recruitment events as needed outside of traditional business hours
